What a Wonderful World

I will be performing my arrangement of Jacques Brel's "Carousel" this coming weekend (see link above) in the SFGMC's Cabaret, at the Regency Lounge. I've choreographed my lovely and talented back-ups, and this time they have memorized the music and will give a stellar performance. Yay.

On The Boards Again!

I'm back onstage with my new favorite musical theater company, 42nd Street Moon, in San Francisco. Here is Juliet Heller as The Princess and me as Eric Dare in "Jubilee", which will open in November.
I'll also be choreographing one or two shows for this company in the Springtime!

"Carousel" Debut

I debuted my arrangement of "Carousel" in performance this last weekend at the SFGMC retreat। Thanks to my seven lovely and talented back-up performers and my trombonist, it was well-received. The legendary choral director Tim Seelig flattered me by suggesting I ought to have my arrangement published (which I have begun working towards today). Many thanks to Steve Valdez, Steve Gallagher, Jim Graham, Mike Joyce, Justin Donohue, Marc Sorensen, Alex Dohrmann, and especially Skip Leasure who'd helped me hear my own voice and all the parts through the process.

February SFGMC concert

For this SFGMC production, Seasons of Love, I have a lighter load than some of the concerts. I'm singing, gave some performance tips to some of the characters in "Prop 8, The Musical", and I posed for the poster with my delightful friend, Michael Tate.
